Mguso Meet reserves the right to update and change these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Account Termination

Meeting Recordings

Meeting hosts are responsible for complying with applicable laws when recording meetings. All participants must be informed when recordings are being made.

• Maintain sufficient funds for automatic payments
• Pay transaction fees for ticket sales

Refunds

Enterprise customers receive a 99.9% uptime SLA as specified in their service agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mguso Meet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mguso Meet from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
